"Wagyu" refers to 4 different breeds of Japanese Cattle. These breeds are known for their natural production of wonderful marbling in the beef. Their diet is typically rich in barley and high protein grasses. The beef they produce is known for its rich and buttery taste as well as its extremely tender texture. Treat yourself!
