Don’t miss Baldwin County’s best coffee at our unique location. Rather than your boring shopping plaza location we chose to bring new life into an Historic Filling Station located just south of Highway 98 in Downtown Foley. There are plenty of photo ops to go with our amazing coffee drinks!

We opened to fill a need and offer coffee lovers in Foley and South Baldwin County a unique experience. The coffee is roasted locally in Pensacola. The house blend consists of multiple single origin coffees, sourced from seven regions around the world. It has a traditional flavor profile, full body with a hint of sweetness. Of course, the Drowsy Poet also offers a great variety of Espresso Drinks, Signature and Local Drinks including Poetchinos. For those misguided souls who think coffee is not appropriate anytime of the day or night, we also offer Real Fruit Smoothies, Italian Sodas and Children’s Drinks.

Need something more with your favorite beverage? The Drowsy Poet also has a great selection of Bagels including, New York Style Everything, Asiago, Plain, Blueberry, French Toast, and Chocolate Chip. Pastries include: Muffins, Alabama’s Best Banana Nut Bread, Scones, and a variety of in-house baked Cookies and Sweets.

Make it a meal with our Chef inspired variety of Breakfast Sandwiches, Quiche & Lunch Sandwiches. All our items are made on site to ensure they are fresh and delicious!
